All Complex Paws on Deck!: Help us Make a Big Impact at Q2

We’re looking for Complex Therapy Teams to help us make a lasting impact at an upcoming event while strengthening our partnership with Q2!

Pet therapy will be a key feature, and we need your support to ensure a comforting presence throughout the day 10am-2pm.

Event Details:

• Location: JW Marriott Downtown

• Time: 10 AM – 2 PM | Monday, May 19, 2025

• Parking and Arrival Information:  Please valet your vehicle at the JW Marriott upon arrival. Parking will be complimentary—parking vouchers will be provided. After parking, proceed to the third floor and meet Cheyenne Harthun and/or Kelley Coffman at the main registration area by 9:30 AM. They will be there to greet you.

Detailed Schedule:

• 8:45–10:00 AM – Q2 team sets up the event space.

• 9:30 AM – Dog Alliance arrives and checks in at the Q2 Registration Desk.

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM –

  • Community Giveback activity: Event attendees will assemble doggy backpacks, treat bags, and treat jars for the Dog Alliance!

  • Ideally, two therapy dogs will be onsite at a time, rotating every two hours (three rotations total, six dogs).

• 2:15 PM – Event ends.

• Dog Alliance departs with the completed item

We understand that a 3-4 hour shift might be longer than usual for some, but we’ll ensure that all volunteers and their pups have plenty of breaks to stay comfortable at the hotel. Our goal is to have 4-5 therapy dogs present at all times, and every team’s participation helps make that possible!

Q2 employees will also be supporting us by assembling Doggy Bags at the event filled with essential supplies plus more support! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the impact of pet therapy while engaging with a community eager to support our mission.
