We’ve got an exciting opportunity for you and your incredible pups to bring smiles, wagging tails, and stress relief to the hardworking team at Austin Proper Hotel during their Colleague Appreciation Day!

• Date: Friday, May 22, 1pm - 3pm

• Location: Austin Proper Hotel, Maribeau Ballroom (Second Floor) – 600 W 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701 ⏰

Parking and Arrival Instructions:

1. Valet: Park at the front of the hotel. Valet services are complimentary—just mention you are with the Proper Play Day event and that parking is comped to P&C.

2. Entrance: Use the loading dock/employee entrance in the alley between The Proper and Bank of America (as this is an employee event).

3. Check-In: Stop at security, who will direct you to the name badge machine.

4. Escort: Sarah will request security to escort you to the ballroom.

5. Contacts: For last-minute needs, contact Sarah Espita-Cabrera at 512-879-8886. Assistant Director Beatrice Meads will also be in the ballroom to assist.
