Volunteers needed for Practice Bow Wow Therapy Evaluations

Volunteers will participate in scenarios designed to replicate real-world encounters for a therapy dog team.

These scenarios include the dog and handler walking through a crowd of people, a group of people all petting the dog at the same time, and distractions such as a "staggering" person, wearing hats, creating loud noises, and using mobility aids (walker, wheelchair).

Your participation in Bow Wow Therapy practice evaluations are a great contribution to ensuring all of the Dog Alliance therapy teams are ready for certification evaluations.

These are not dog socializing events. Volunteers - please do not bring dogs to the events.
