Non-judgmental reading dogs are a powerful tool in improving reading skills.
Therapy Dog team will visit the Leander Public Library one day each week for 2 hours. The Librarian will schedule 15-20 minute sessions for each child to read with the Therapy Dog team.
All Therapy Dog teams that have passed evaluations since May 2021 are eligible for this Opportunity.
