C: Stress Relief at Perry-Castañeda Library (PCL) on University of Texas Main Campus

Expired

Description

UT-Austin

Finals week on the 40 Acres of The University of Texas at Austin can be daunting. Students hunker down in every library on campus, but especially the Perry-Castañeda Library (PCL). Located at 21st Street and Speedway, PCL hums around the clock during finals. There is only one thing that can pry these bleary-eyed students from their carrel desks...Bow Wow Therapy dog teams!

This Opportunity is appropriate for Complex certified teams!

Parking:  Volunteers can park at Brazos Garage, (Brazos St. and MLK, JR, Blvd.)

Volunteers should pull a ticket upon entering the garage. We'll supply them with QR codes they can scan to get out. A staff person will meet you at the Brazos Garage fifteen minutes before the start of the visit (they should head for the entrance that faces away from MLK, toward Jester Dormitory) and walk them over to PCL.
