Calling all Parents and Kids looking to give back to their community and love on some dogs! 

We are looking for children of all ages to help assess dogs and handlers as future Bow Wow Therapy Teams!  Bring the whole family!

The kids will help to assess the natural skills needed to be a Bow Wow Therapy team such as a love of children and people, polite greetings, staying calm in loud and distracting areas, etc.

This opportunity is different from our assisting with workshops or a training class opportunities; the seminar you will be assisting with is a slower pace with breaks for discussion.  You are welcome to bring along books, electronic devices, or other quiet activities to keep your child entertained during the breaks.

Your participation in Bow Wow Therapy dog team training is a great contribution to ensuring all of the Dog Alliance therapy teams have the appropriate skills and temperament for visiting in the community.
